A Collaborative, Adaptive Approach to Learning
Through this free education and leadership program, we offer you 6 on-line sessions as a pathway to develop the skills necessary for understanding and solving complex issues.
In the first cohort, participants were invited to co-create a shared toolbox filled with adaptable knowledge and strategies tailored to diverse challenges.
Now, graduates from cohorts 2 and 3 will have the unique opportunity to join the From Symptoms to Roots track, taking part in a mentorship programme with systems-thinking experts and grassroots practitioners, and translating their insights into real-world interventions.
Together, we cultivate leadership, foster versatility, and build a collaborative spirit for effective action within our systems.

Congratulations, dear reader! By opening this guide, you have taken your first bold step into the swirling vortex of systems change—a realm so perplexing and
convoluted that even the universe’s most advanced AI
have been known to fake a system crash just to avoid
dealing with it.
The modern world, as you might have noticed, is not
exactly user-friendly. It comes pre-installed with an
overwhelming array of glitches: climate crises, social
injustices, political and economic disparities, and Wi-Fi
passwords that never work the first time. These
systems—if we may call them systems—function with
all the elegance and coherence of a badly organized
sock drawer.
